We ship throughout Argentina through Entregar and/or Andreani.
These costs are the customer's responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Purchase process: Once the customer has made the payment for the purchase along with the shipping, they will receive an email with instructions to contact us via WhatsApp and the purchase will enter the VERIFICATION STAGE.
During the VERIFICATION STAGE, VINOTANGO may request information necessary for shipping. The customer may be advised on the specific shipping regulations. The shipment may require a price adjustment after consultation with the CUSTOMER, modification of the merchandise, or it may be canceled by VINOTANGO. In that case, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price via the payment method designated by VINOTANGO, which may not necessarily be the same method used by the CUSTOMER. This refund will be issued as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, no refunds will be possible for any reason. The CUSTOMER declares that they are aware of their country's regulations, and VINOTANGO assumes that the customer has chosen their purchase in accordance with the aforementioned regulations. Any additional taxes for picking up or receiving the merchandise are the responsibility of the customer, as are any other costs arising from shipping, storage, or any other related expenses.
Delivery times: Estimated between 2 and 3 weeks, although VINOTANGO does not commit to any deadline.
Cost: The cost of international shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is extra to the cost of the products.
Country, State, Province, County Regulations: The customer declares that they are aware of the regulations, costs, and limitations. VINOTANGO assumes that the customer is aware of these rules and has made their purchase in accordance with said regulations. VINOTANGO assumes no responsibility for the inability to deliver the merchandise due to any of these country regulations.
Payment refund: This will only be possible during the VERIFICATION STAGE. Once the merchandise has been dispatched, there will be no possibility of any refund.
Adult signature: The receipt of the merchandise may require the presence and signature of a legal adult.
Tracking: The customer will receive a tracking number. VINOTANGO will track the shipment and contact the customer if necessary.
Shipping company rules: The customer must be aware of the shipping company's rules.
Means of contact: The customer must be able to maintain contact with VINOTANGO and the logistics company. If the customer does not have internet access, VINOTANGO will not assume any responsibility for the inability to deliver the merchandise and its eventual return to the seller, without any possibility of recourse for the customer.
Delivery attempts: Logistics companies have delivery attempt protocols, including designated recipients, storage, or transfer to a branch. The customer must respect and comply with all these rules.
Packaging: The bottles will be shipped in cardboard boxes with foam inserts, specially designed for shipping this type of merchandise.
Insurance: Shipments do not include insurance. If the customer wishes to add this service, they can request it and will be sent instructions for payment. The cost of this service may vary.
Breakages: VINOTANGO does not assume responsibility for the breakage of the merchandise.
Merchandise returned to the seller: If the logistics company returns the purchase to the seller for any reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again if they wish. If the customer wishes to return the entire purchase, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; the shipping costs will not be refunded.
