PURCHASE REGRET

The regret button is available in all stores on the platform operating in Argentina, in accordance with Resolution 424/2020 of the Ministry of Commerce. It is located in the store's footer and allows you to request the cancellation of a purchase using a form where you must complete your information and order number.

PURCHASE CANCELLATION

On the store side: All orders placed through the website are subject to VINOTANGO's acceptance, which may reject or cancel them without reason, even if they have been confirmed by the customer.

On the customer side: The customer may cancel a purchase in accordance with Argentine consumer protection laws. These laws are also the ones we will apply to purchases from other countries.

A purchase cannot be canceled after it has been shipped, both within Argentina and for international shipments.

REFUNDS FOR NON-DELIVERY

In the event that a purchase could not be delivered due to absence from the address, lack of an adult to sign for the delivery, or lack of communication between the customer and the shipping companies, the item will be returned to the store and no claim or refund will be possible.

If payment is made with Pix or CRYPTO, in which case a refund cannot be made using the same payment method for technological reasons, the customer must provide another refund method. This cannot be an international bank transfer. PayPal is the preferred payment method for purchases from other countries.
